When you contact us or book a ride, you may give us your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off locations, travel times and any details you include in your message. How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your inquiries, schedule and provide rides, send ride confirmations and updates, process payments, improve our service and website and, if you opt in, send you occasional news and specials. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you check the text-message consent box on our contact form, you agree to receive text messages from Central Coast Taxi at the number you provided about your ride requests, bookings and occasional specials. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver our messages.

If you check the email consent box on our contact form, we may send you ride updates and occasional local news and specials. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. We will still reply to messages you send us.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business (such as website hosting, payment processing and messaging), when required by law, or to protect the safety of our riders, drivers and the public. These providers may use your information only to provide services to us.
